Is Your Account Up to Date?
If you are having trouble saving your storyboard, check to see if any of the following apply to you.
- I have a free account and have already made two storyboards this week.
- My free trial has expired.
- My paid account has expired.
In each case above, new storyboards cannot be saved, including student or sub-user storyboards. See our pricing page for details on purchasing a subscription.
What is your User Name?
Make sure you are logged into the correct account. It is possible that you created a second account by mistake!
Go to https://www.storyboardthat.com/who-am-i to see the user name and email tied to the current account.
If you are sure you have the account details correct but are experiencing save problems because of a technical issue, let us know.
Go to Diagnostics Page
Go to www.storyboardthat.com/purple and take a screenshot of the information. Send this screenshot to your IT department to see what the problem is. Most often the problems turn out to be poor internet connection or firewalls.
