Co-Teachers

Co-teachers can view student work for any assignments in the classroom.

The primary teacher, who owns the class, can manage students, and can create/edit assignments.

A co-teacher can be added to the class by the primary teacher to assist!

If you are using and LMS like Google Classroom, Schoology, or Canvas, you can not add co-teachers just in Storyboard That. The co-teachers have to be set up in that LMS to have access.

Add a Co-Teacher to Your Class

Steps 1-3: Only admin of the accounts have the ability to add/remove teachers to the account.
  1. Start on the My Teachers Tab
  2. Add Teachers by entering the information manually or getting a link at Invite or Import Teachers
  3. Choose which rostering method you would like them to use.
  1. Once they are signed up, you can add them to the classes you would like. Go to My Classes.
  2. Click the left hand arrow of the class you want to edit
  3. Click Add/Remove Teachers.
  4. Select desired teachers and click the right arrow to add them to the right side.
  1. Teachers that are co-teachers in this class will be on the right side.
