Co-Teachers
Co-teachers can view student work for any assignments in the classroom.
The primary teacher, who owns the class, can manage students, and can create/edit assignments.
A co-teacher can be added to the class by the primary teacher to assist!
If you are using and LMS like Google Classroom, Schoology, or Canvas, you can not add co-teachers just in Storyboard That. The co-teachers have to be set up in that LMS to have access.
Add a Co-Teacher to Your Class
Steps 1-3: Only admin of the accounts have the ability to add/remove teachers to the account.
- Start on the My Teachers Tab
- Add Teachers by entering the information manually or getting a link at Invite or Import Teachers
- Choose which rostering method you would like them to use.
- Once they are signed up, you can add them to the classes you would like. Go to My Classes.
- Click the left hand arrow of the class you want to edit
- Click Add/Remove Teachers.
- Select desired teachers and click the right arrow to add them to the right side.
- Teachers that are co-teachers in this class will be on the right side.
