If I forget to cancel my subscription, will you refund the last charge?

Yes, we can refund your most recent payment as long as you have not been using your account.

Request a refund within two weeks of the charge and we will happily refund your money. Depending on the form of payment, the refund may take 7-10 business days to be processed.

If you are on a monthly subscription, we are able to refund one month maximum if there has been no usage on the account in the last two weeks.
