How Do I Change the Type of Account I Have?
If you want to change the type of trial you have, please reach out to email@example.com with the username and the type of account you wish to have.
When you purchase a subscription, your existing account will be updated to the corresponding account type. If you want to upgrade your account to accomodate more users, you can send us a request using the following steps.
Changing Your Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription in your account settings
- Click Change Current Plan
- Select the type of plan you would like (single teacher or add more teachers)
- Choose the plan you would like to continue with
- Your request was submitted! Someone from our team will reach out to take care of your subscription upgrade and inform you of next steps if there are any.
