How Do I Change the Type of Account I Have?

If you want to change the type of account you have, please reach out to with the username and the type of account you wish to have.

When you purchase a subscription, your existing account will be updated to the corresponding account type. If you want to upgrade your account to accommodate more users, you can send us a request using the following steps.

Changing Your Subscription

  1. Click Manage Subscription in your account settings
  1. Click Change Current Plan
  1. Select the type of plan you would like (single teacher or add more teachers)
  1. Choose the plan you would like to continue with
  1. Your request was submitted! Someone from our team will reach out to take care of your subscription upgrade and inform you of next steps if there are any.
